Attorney Weizhong (Rachael) Yu, M.Sc., LL.M., has over 20 years of legal experience in intellectual property law, corporate laws and business immigration related. She has extensive experience in dealing with trademark, patent and copyright infringement cases, trademark & patent prosecutions, licensing, branding, technology transactions, patent commercialization and other cross-border business transactions. Ms. Yu consults with start-up companies on corporate governance and compliance, corporate finance, patent and trademark licensing issues, sales agreements, distribution agreements, and other legal issues related to the companies’ business and operation. Ms. Yu helps clients in immigration area as well, specializing in L1 petitions and EB1, EB2, EB5 immigrant visa petitions.
